Our main services are of course cut-outs, whether the cut-out is done with a clipping path, a layer mask or even both.

But we do offer specialized services that are tailor-made to fit your needs. Shadowing, mirroring, touch-up, optimization and retouch.

We deliver processed files and accept the following formats from customers.

  • TIFF
  • PSD
  • JPEG
  • PNG

When you have your own account on our server, it is very easy to get your cut-outs processed.. All you have to do, is log on to your designated area and upload your files via the agreed client-based FTP software. If you would like a free FTP client-based software, we can reccomend Filezilla, which you can download here.

In the To-do folder, all the services you subscribe to are represented by folders, in which you upload your images. In the done folder, your processed images will be returned after completion. The images will be returned after 1, 12 or 24 hours, depending on which service you use.

If you would like to keep an eye on your files in the system at any given time, you can log on to our Web Interface, via this home page. (link)
With the Web Interface you will be able to trace and track all your files – both ongoing jobs and completed jobs.

You use the same username and password to log in to the Web Interface, as you use to log in to the FTP server.

This service is included in all accounts – with no added costs

  • Email us your estimated volume needs (monthly or yearly).
  • Specify your service requirements and image usage.
  • Provide company details: name, address, contact person, etc.
  • Our technicians will create your account promptly.
  • Your account is now ready for use.
  • Use FTP software to upload images for cut-out.
  • We recommend Filezilla as a free FTP client-based option.
  • Upon login, find three folders: TODO, DONE, and RETOUCH.
  • Upload images for processing into the respective service folders in TODO.
  • Processed images are returned in the DONE folder.
  • Keep an eye on your files via our Web Interface.
  • For images needing retouch, contact us for instructions and a quotation.
